You can tell she genuinely cares about doing quality work instead of rushing clients in and out. The care you get here is impeccable. She genuinely cares about the health of your nails and your overall wellbeing, which is very rare to find with a lot of nail techs nowadays. Not to mention the massages and the SNACKS. My daughter and I visited Gizelle for the first time today, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. She carries herself with a calm professionalism while still being very practical and conversational, offering expert advice and thoughtful recommendations throughout the service. We went in individually...my daughter 2nd, and when she finished, she expressed the exact same sentiments I had. Gizelle made us both feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her booth is spotless. We each received our own sample of cuticle oil.
