Would highly recommend booking in with Rosie! She was happy and patient in taking the time to discuss the cut, making me feel fully confident that we were on the same page before the haircut commenced. Throughout the cut, she was communicative about what she was doing and gave ample opportunities for me to ask for adjustments as she worked e.g. longer/shorter length, more/less layering, heavier/lighter fringe.
