I had such a lovely massage experience. The whole treatment was very professional from start to finish, while still being warm and friendly. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and Oana was so lovely, she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful massage.

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I had a fantastic massage with Kasia. I usually just book wherever has space at short notice but I will make a point of returning to Kasia. She took the time to listen to what my mind and body needed, helped me select essential oils and asked my preferences. Such a lovely airy room too!

Beth did a deep tissue massage and this was the first time I had one. It was fantastic, Beth really got to the problem and I felt great afterwards. Would recommend beth if you need a deep tissue massage

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

I had a fantastic full body massage today with Fran who is incredibly diligent and clearly puts her whole heart into her work. I really appreciate the level of care, effort, and attention she puts into every massage or treatment I’ve had with her, her dedication truly shows. I arrived feeling very knotted up and left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed and really well looked after. It made such a difference and I’ll sleep very well tonight. I would highly recommend Fran. I had the absolute pleasure of getting a full body massage and a facial, and I cannot recommend Oana enough! From the moment the session started, her technique was incredibly soothing yet effective at working out all the knots in my back. The facial was equally amazing; my skin has never felt so hydrated, glowing, and rejuvenated. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and left me feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely be booking again!

Hello , can’t wait for my next appointment all the time I’m leaving. The deep cleansing facial is something else comparing with other salons. The laser hair removal is a must , after 8 sessions I barely see some hair , there and there almost invisible. Now I’m on every 3 months for 1 more time and after probably 1 or 2 sessions every 6 months. After those 8 sessions I’m shaving my under arm once in 3 months. Can’t say more 😍 There are more beauty things to do here . Just ask Oana . I highly recommend her services.

My massage with Anna was amazing, she released a lot of tension in my neck at the same time giving me a very relaxing full body treatment, checking with me that the pressure was comfortable, would highly recommend

I had a very lovely facial and a neck and shoulder/ back massage. My whole body felt super relaxed and Fran really worked to get the tension out of my shoulders. My face felt really smooth and hydrated. I wholly recommend ☺️ x

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my first appointment with Fran and I will definitely book another. It was clear she was an experienced therapist who enjoyed her work. I arrived stressed due to traffic and Fran had me practically asleep in minutes. Whole-heartedly recommend.
