Was a really comfortable vibe to the shop even while waiting, Rachael was really polite, freindly, professional and all round gave a great first time experience, I'm incredibly happy with her work, never been more confident with my eyebrows as they've always been a feature about myself I've been insecure of, now I'm so happy with how they look and absylove them! 10/10 Overall experience

First time having my eyebrows tinted, Alix did a great job of making them look natural and not over the top. Even covered what grey I had in them.
