Loved my time with Liv! I had just taken out my braids and needed a good deep conditioner, silk press, and trim. She took great care with my hair. The silk press came out perfectly straight and smooth, and she was friendly and professional throughout the entire appointment. She even gave me tips for maintaining the style. I had a great experience at Toto hair! I came in looking for a trim and face framing. Kelly did an amazing job and took her time with my blowout/straightening as well. I have medium length and it was actually $77 (straightening + $20) since it was my first appointment I got a discount, but it would normally be $90 + $20 for straightening. Would highly recommend!

Love getting my hair washed there, water pressure is great. Hair assistant always does a great job. Had my hair colored, and keratin for the third times there. Curly and his assistant Rose were very good. Never had to worry if they will do a good job. Price is good especially for what you get.

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Nice staff, clean facility, professional! I got a cut and keratin treatment. They did great job my hair looks healthy and fresh! I have thick and coarse hair that makes it puffy, the treatment and cut thinned it out and it’s so smooth and straight. Lily absolutely CRUSHED my hair 🤍 She gave me the perfect glossy, expensive-looking refresh while still keeping it natural and dimensional. The color is bright without being brassy, the keratin made my hair insanely smooth and shiny, and the cut added so much movement. My hair honestly feels healthier than before. I’ve been seeing Crissel for my relaxer for nearly 2 years. It’s so hard to find a stylist that does perms/relaxers anymore as it’s being replaced with Keratin/Brazilian straightening which is outrageously expensive and doesn’t straighten at all unless your hair is very thin/fine and not as curly, or Japanese straightening which is a little stronger but still not enough. She’s great and is always open to suggestions for what you know works for your hair, and I’m glad I found her. I hope you do relaxers forever!
