Had a sports massage with Ben for ongoing back issues and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was really knowledgeable, explained what was going on, and tailored the treatment exactly to what I needed. The difference in my back after just one session was noticeable. I had my first dry cup session with Ben yesterday to help with my hamstring tightness and today I can already feel the benefit. My leg doesn’t feel as restricted, tight, and is far more equal to my other leg. Hasn’t been like that in ages. Fingers crossed the results just get even better over the next few days
