Rena is the best Kinesiologist I have ever been to. And I have been to quite a few. She always sorts through exactly what I need to deal with at the time, and all through direct body work. I can’t recommend her more highly.

I always enjoy my sessions with Rena, she is attentive and very intuitive. I love the way she gives feedback with such compassion. Today I presented with lower back issues which had given me a huge amount of pain over the past two weeks. Through muscle testing (biofeedback) Rena was able to locate the disharmony in my body. By utilising corrective techniques I released the underlying emotional distress allowing my physical body to return to a better state of harmony. Rena also gave me an exercise to do daily, it will help calm my nervous system and relax my lower back. Walking without pain is
