I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. Sophie pierced my daughter's ears and did a wonderful job. She explained everything directly to my daughter and was really encouraging when she was a little nervous. The piercings were really well done and look lovely and even.
