An absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish ✨ My nails were done to perfection truly exceptional work by the nail tech 💅 The salon itself? Warm, inviting, with a soft fire burning… and I was treated to coffee, cookies, and lemon water 🤍 Such a thoughtful, luxurious touch. I left feeling completely pampered definitely coming back.

My Nail technician was Loveness, at the Boa Somerset West. I’m not the most relaxed person so it’s quite hard work to do my nails, but Loveness did a great job. My nails look so good.

I’ve been doing my nails with Zandri for 5 years now - best nail tech I’ve ever had. She always work with the utmost care and delivers an amazing result every time. Joy is also such a sweet assistant that I’ve been going to for laser treatment. She is always concerned about your comfort and making sure that you are having a positive experience throughout.

Thoroughly impressed with the service at BOA Somerset West. I have taken a break from having my nails done due to some poor experiences at other branches. I went in cautious and a little sceptical, however, I had the best Royal Gel Hands service and I left feeling positve, pampered and my faith restored in having my nails done at salons. Wow, thank you Vuyo… i was nervous as the long nail french was outside my comfort zone but my nails came out perfect ☺️😍.

I had a manicure at BOA Beauty Bar in Somerset West and overall, I’m happy with the result – my nails look great and the therapist was friendly and pleasant throughout the appointment. That said, I did feel the experience was a little rushed and a bit more attention to detail would’ve made a big difference, as I had to ask for a few nails to be reshaped because they were slightly jagged or uneven. That aside, I appreciate the service and the therapist's effort, and I’d still consider returning. With a little more time and focus, the experience could go from good to amazing.
