My therapist, Matshepo, was amazing — so thorough, detail-oriented, and made sure my gel overlay was done perfectly. Exactly how I like my nails! I had the most pleasant experience with Netalia/ Natalia and her right hand lady. I was petrified after my last appointment else where, as my nails were left badly damaged and in pain. I had no pain in the removal and new set application. The work is clean and neat and the venue is beautiful. You made me feel like I had known you for years. You were welcoming, friendly and gave me such a wonderful experience. Thank you. I have booked already for the whole year 🤣❤️ that's when you know.... You found the one lol.

The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, offering snacks and a beverage while I waited. She made sure to engage with me and make me feel at ease. Tumi, the lash technician, was amazing & patient and attentive to the lash map and length I requested overall happy with them they feel light!. She ensured I was satisfied, making for a truly enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be recommending this place! 😊
