I absolutely loved the experience. The salon is stunning, with beautiful decor and real attention to detail. My therapist, Matshepo, was amazing — so thorough, detail-oriented, and made sure my gel overlay was done perfectly. Exactly how I like my nails! She was also super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend both the salon and Matshepo 💅✨

I love it my nails always look great however I would appreciate if a bit more attention to the edges of the nails is given upon application the edges for me already crack and get ruined as a result my nails break there because there’s no protection from the rubber base

I had the most amazing experience and Ashley is definitely my "forever" nail person! Everything from my booking until stepping out with glamorous nails was seamless, professional and worth every cent 👌 I loved how every step was explained to me and her attention to detail is spot on! This coupled with patience and a hearty conversation was everything I'd been looking for, forever!

My time with KB is always so beautiful. I think at this point I can’t even say anything else cos I’ve said it all but her customer service remains unmatched. Her nails inspos like she’s the one who first did the design and she’s always always happy to do it. Love it here 🥹♥️

The hosts were very friendly , beautiful place however our appointment was delayed by an hour and the nails took longer to do which affected our plans. I do feel that the staff need time management training. Also my nail smudged as I couldn't get it fixed as they have you sign a warning before hand that states that the nail polish takes long to dry which I feel is unfair as a professional nail salon you should ensure that your clients leave with set nails and give them the best quality to last them longer and bring them back. Other than these minor hiccups , I enjoyed my time at Boa.
