Had an amazing massage session with Eka! I walked out feeling so good, like I had a brand new body. I asked Eka to focus on my legs, calves and thighs as I do a lot of sports. She worked through the tightness and soreness very effectively. The funniest part was the back massage because I’m very ticklish 😂 Eka quickly noticed it and adjusted her pressure and technique to make it more comfortable. Thank you Eka for the wonderful massage. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

No regrets & truthfully worthwhile. Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Susi at Spa Central Nagoya Batam! She immediately pinpointed the tension areas all over my body. The combination of deep pressure using her knuckles & elbows was exactly what I needed. The lemongrass oil was a perfect touch, making the whole room feel incredibly tranquil. I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!

We both had Central Couple package, both Aya and Indah were good and attentive to our needs we also add on hair wash and hair blow dry in our package. It was so relaxing that I slept through out the session. I love the selection of oil and scrub, really recommend green tea, it has really nice scent.

Amazing service from the front counter staff explaining the different oils and scrubs before we started the spa. My masseuse Geo was amazing and she was very knowledgeable during the whole spa session. I would definitely request for Geo again the next time I come thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and service ❤️

By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. Can really feel & tell the difference as compared to others elsewhere whenever i did my massages.. Their hospitality & professionalism are really making my day an enjoyable time.. My mom & I had an amazing experience with Spa Central @ Nagoya. We were greeted by Bunda Yus (our designated driver from the spa) at the ferry terminal. She was friendly yet professional. Once we arrived at the spa, we were greeted with a very delicious cucumber drink while we chose the oils & scrubs for our massage. Desi & Amel (hope i got her name right) were our masseuse. The massage was amazing as well! They asked for areas to avoid, what pressure we want as well. Overall, friendly staff & highly recommend!

I just had the most incredible experience with Herlina at the Batam Centre branch. I booked a combination of a body scrub, facial, and massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft, and the facial was so refreshing. ​But the highlight was definitely the massage—Herlina has an amazing technique and knew exactly how to work out all my tension. I walked out feeling like a completely new person. If you’re visiting Spa Central, definitely ask for Herlina! Highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I tried the massage, body scrub, manicure, and hair spa with Rere — semuanya memang best dan sangat memuaskan. Massage dia sangat relaxing, tak terlalu kuat dan tak terlalu lembut, memang cukup untuk hilangkan lenguh. Body scrub pun wangi dan buat kulit rasa super smooth lepas tu. Manicure sangat kemas, detail, dan warna pun tahan lama. Hair spa pula memang favourite — urutan kepala dia buat terus rasa ringan dan fresh. Service pun sangat friendly, professional, dan buat kita rasa selesa dari mula sampai habis. Definitely Will come again.

Another great spa experience with Therapist Marta at Spa Central Baloi. Always warm and cheerful, Marta sends me in blissful rest. I came with a tension headache but left happy without any more pains. Had a body scrub and aromatherapy for 90 minutes, followed by a Milk Bath! Definitely worth every minute spent at this relaxing place. Thank you Spa Central.

We had a wonderful day at Spa Central Baloi with Dianty and Kiki(?). The body scrub, followed by hot stones massage was performed with care and adequate pressure as requested. I like the private rooms in this centre, and more importantly, the reclining chairs for foot reflexology. Wonderful day and look forward to coming again in the future.

I love Miss Riska🍃✨, she's genuinely very nice in my opinion. I thought she was older than me but turns out she was younger. She tried to make small talk which I was kind of happy about because i'm an introvert & not much of a talker which was surprising. She's also an amazing massager. Top notch masseuse. I came out feeling great & rejuvenated. I kind of wish I had picked out the peppermint oil instead but Lavender was still great. She did wonders to my body & I enjoyed my experience there eventhough I was an awkward person & it was my first time getting a massage. I love her service, ty♥️💯
