Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Iram continues to provide a wonderful space. This time I tried a thirty minute treatment and she provided such an escape in the middle of the day with top tier skincare advice as well. A lovely experience.

HNS massage and plump peel with light therapy Was an amazing experience. I felt rejuvenated and can’t fault Iram at all. She is super professional and welcoming. My body and muscles feel a lot lighter - Iram tailored this to me and used the right amount of pressure in different places. My skin looks healthier and will definitely be revisiting as I feel really supported by Iram in my skin journey and she gives amazing skin advice! Iram definitely takes pride in her work and you will not be disappointed! :)

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie and couldn’t recommend her enough. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
