Thanks Matilda for a great service as usual. My nails are looking super so thank you. One thing I would say is, and this is in no way a criticism to the Beauty Barn bit prehaps the nail colour shelf could be lowered as it seems like it takes a while to find the colours. They could perhaps be in a drawer or somewhere that easier to find the colours. Just a thought.

Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

I had my first deep tissue massage today with Matilda at The Beauty Barn Leicester and it was a great experience. The facilities are excellent — very clean, calm, and relaxing. Booking was straightforward with no fuss at all. Matilda was extremely professional and identified my areas of pain straight away, which made the treatment feel really tailored and effective. Easy access and parking was an added bonus. I’ll definitely be booking again. Well done and keep up the great work!

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had my toenails painted by Grace this morning and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, took her time to make everything perfect, and the end result looks beautiful! The colour is gorgeous, the finish is flawless, and she has such a gentle, friendly way about her. Thank you, Grace, for such a lovely experience — I’ll definitely be back! 💅✨

First time visiting today! Janvi did my nails and they are perfect! The salon is so clean and hygienic and looks amazing! Janvi took time and care with my nails and made sure they were exactly what I wanted! Loads of colour options too! Would highly recommend! Definitely coming back! 💕💕
