I just got back from my appointment with Edita and I'm absolutely thrilled! For the first time in ages, a hairdresser achieved exactly the result I wanted. I also really appreciated the friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the salon and the fact that Edita chose the perfect color for me quickly and professionally, without trying to upsell anything or overthink it. Highly recommended!

I felt so relaxed in this salon. It was my first visit after my consultation. Staff were very friendly and professional. Katie was very precise and talked me through everything step by step. Loved the cut, Katie had to make good a bad cut from a previous hairdresser.

At the consultation, Georgia was really easy to talk to and understanding that this was the first hair colour for my daughter. The appt itself was fab, calm salon and Georgia's 'after' photos are definitely a true representation of the finished style. My daughter was very happy with the result, we shall be back.

Had my hair appointment with Ellie today after 3 months. Ellie and Jess both worked on my hair to reduce the whole colour processing time as I've got very long hair and as a new first time mum they were so understanding of my situation and time constraints 🩷 Ellie and Jess are incredibly great girls and highly experienced hairdressers and provide exceptional service every time I visit Kirsty Nicole. Sam was the perfect choice for my daughter to have her hair highlighted for the first time. Talking her through it and double checking everything with her to make sure she got what she wanted. The end result was perfect, incredibly happy 😊.

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. By far the best hairdresser ive ever had! Shannon really knows her stuff when it comes to anything about hair. She truly cares and takes time at every appointment, no rushing or cutting corners! Shes absolutely amazing!

Had my hair done by Zoe , and after all these years the service is 2nd to none. Zoe never takes it for granted that I will want the same as the last visit and after full consultation and looking at few well more than a few pics , video on my phone Zoe created what I wanted, suited me and I am able to manage at home .
