I’m very happy with my experience. Sofi was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I had Botox done on my platysma and forehead, and I’m very pleased with the results. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole experience was smooth and welcoming. I see Carley every month for my combined dermaplan and microneedling treatments, and I couldn’t be happier. She is so professional, always takes the time to explain everything, and really helps me understand what my skin needs. The dermaplaning leaves my skin instantly smooth, glowing, and free of dead skin and peach fuzz — my makeup applies so much better afterwards. The microneedling sounds intimidating, but Carley makes it comfortable and straightforward, with minimal downtime. Over time, my skin has improved so much: it’s smoother, brighter, and my pores and fine lines look much better.

The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.

I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh. Very pleased, would definitely recommend. 10/10

It was my first facial ever and it was such a lovely experience. The room had a nice cozy vibe to it and it was nice to unwind. My skin feels amazing and Lateefah was able to help smooth out my skin. Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I had a wonderful first time experience with Hazel. Her clinic is welcoming and beautifully designed. I had dermaplaning which I needed along with an iced coffee which was my choice of beverage from the menu provided plus a treat in the form of a tasty biscuit. Never had that treatment before. My next appointment is already booked. I would definitely recommend Hazel and MediFace.

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease.
