I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Amazing service even when rushed off their feet they still managed to cater to everyone and maintained excellent service. Everyone works as a team to make sure the appointments ran as smooth as possible. This was my first visit will defo come back.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! I got the hair Botox today, my hair hasn’t ever felt so smooth, soft and shiny. I would highly recommend on natural dark hair that’s been bleached like mine. I’m looking forward to seeing the results.
