Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Wow! Jacqueline is very skilled and passionate and it showed !! My face looked and felt amazing after my facial. I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Thank you Jaclynn!

My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin. My face feels deeply moisturized and looks rejuvenated !

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I felt it was money worth spent she does an amazing job and is an amazing person . Overall pleased and will definitely be coming back .
