I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. I truly appreciate the exemplary service that the team consistently provides.

Another visit to Naked Cherry, another reason I’m walking out smoother than a jazz solo and twice as bold. The fabulous Vanessa was my wax wizard once again – professional, lightning-fast, and armed with a killer sense of humour that had me giggling through the ahem less giggle-friendly moments. She somehow manages to make waxing feel like a catch-up with an old friend – if that friend also happened to be a precision-focused ninja with wax. Honestly, 10/10 service, always amazing. My first visit to The Pink Room was wonderful, largely thanks to their lovely staff! I booked the "Pink Splash" package (acrylic overlay, gel toes, brow wax/thread+tint, classic lashes, blow wave), which was great value. However, it was the team's positivity, joy, and genuine smiles that truly made the day special. They were so welcoming and created a fun atmosphere. Beyond the excellent treatments, their warm demeanor made the experience memorable. I left feeling fantastic and highly recommend The Pink Room for a pamper day, mental reset, or some me-time, especially because of the staff!

Vanessa was ready 30 minutes early. Wow!! The necessary protocols were followed... temp taken, sanitizing and full explanation given. Room was toasty warm and ready. Vanessa explained what she is doing when she was doing it and she was very thorough. Very neat and tidy, no double dipping😉. Just one comment.. strip waxing an upper lip and bum is a bit different. However it was done very professionally and my visit was most "enjoyable". Love the little bit of lace around the plastic covering. Verdi Bosch

Rhaelyn is so knowledgeable and guides you through the entire process. She is gentle yet thorough and makes sure you are comfortable. I have tried other laser places but this is the first place where I’ve seen a visible difference from my first laser session. I am very happy.

I went in for my waxing appointment not really knowing what to expect, especially since I hadn’t seen the pre-prep guidelines beforehand. It was definitely a bit painful at first, but Kgomotso’s warm and chatty personality quickly put me at ease. Honestly, it felt like I was getting a wax and a therapy session at the same time! She made the experience so much more comfortable and even enjoyable. It was lovely overall. I’m definitely going back again!❤️
