I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. I truly appreciate the exemplary service that the team consistently provides.

The lady who did the waxing for my daughter and I was nice and friendly but we’re not happy with the results. There’s still a noticeable amount of hair left on both of us.

From reception, i got a warm welcome, staff is very friendly, i had my son with me & they took good care of him ,watching him when he played by their play area.owner is also a friendly person can hold conversations with clients making sure you are as comfy as you need to be. I will def recommend it to many people👌
