I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. My first visit to The Pink Room was wonderful, largely thanks to their lovely staff! I booked the "Pink Splash" package (acrylic overlay, gel toes, brow wax/thread+tint, classic lashes, blow wave), which was great value. However, it was the team's positivity, joy, and genuine smiles that truly made the day special. They were so welcoming and created a fun atmosphere. Beyond the excellent treatments, their warm demeanor made the experience memorable. I left feeling fantastic and highly recommend The Pink Room for a pamper day, mental reset, or some me-time, especially because of the staff!

As a 31 year old woman, today I learnt that waxing does not have to be a traumatic and incredibly painful experience. My appointment at NakedCherry was actually a very pleasant experience and the therapist performing the treatment is obviously incredibly experienced and professional. She made me feel comfortable and took the time and care to ensure my treatment went as ‘smoothly’ as possible. I went in for my waxing appointment not really knowing what to expect, especially since I hadn’t seen the pre-prep guidelines beforehand. It was definitely a bit painful at first, but Kgomotso’s warm and chatty personality quickly put me at ease. Honestly, it felt like I was getting a wax and a therapy session at the same time! She made the experience so much more comfortable and even enjoyable. It was lovely overall. I’m definitely going back again!❤️
