Amazing!! Had a bad waxing experience 5 days ago was unsure if I could get this fixed but Lorna did and the results spoke for themself. Also been for so many lash lifts in the area and it never worked so decided that my eyelashes don’t lift but again Lorna did amazing with them and came out with lifted lashes and so defined! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ashley is an absolute wizz when it comes to beauty and lashes. I've recently tried classic lash extensions with her and I am so pleased with the results. Going to Haze is always a pleasure they are so kind and I wouldn't go anywhere else in York

I’ve been seeing Alice for over a year, every time I go I always feel at home in her salon, but mostly Alice being her lovely, warm self makes me at ease. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my eyebrows. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a friendly environment and a good natter❤️🫶🏼

Wow what a wonderful establishment, everyone that is employed including the owner gives a wonderful warm welcome, everyone seems happy & welcoming . It’s a joy to get my nails done. Also being a wheelchair user, they go to great lengths to accommodate my needs. The charges are fine & the technique’s are excellent by all the clinicians!

Christine was great and did a fantastic job on my legs, underarm, bikini, chin, lip and eyebrow wax, Luxury pedicure and finger nails. As I haven't been for along time she put me at ease and said just to say stop if waxing was too much. We had a good laugh about anything and everything. She also advised me where to go for a Christmas tree The Range and also to go to Hornsea Garden Centre for Christmas decorations. Many thanks Christine and will seeing you in a few weeks.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I had a very relaxing full body massage. It was a perfect way to start the week. The room is lovely and warm and I will definitely be back!

Had 2 treatments today with Lynne. Waxing and a gel pedicure, which were equally great treatments. Lovely and down to earth character as well being professional and thorough. Only my second time of visiting Lynne’s beauty but I know I will be a regular :-)

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

I’ve tried a few nail techs as I always struggle to keep gels on but so far so good. Alice is a lovely warm person and great for a chat. I’ve also had massages and brow treatment and I’m very happy with everything so far.

Ashley friendly and tailored to my needs as usual. Will not consider another hairdressers in York
