I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

Dahlay is absolutely amazing! She is the only one I trust doing my nails, she kills it every single time. She pays so much attention to detail and always gives me exactly what I’m looking for! Huge shout to Navi who is an esthetician at Lux. She is wonderful and definitely knows her craft. Had the most incredible facial. Also she did laser for me and some waxing. Navi makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Highly recommend Lux as your go to all things face and body care treatments. Thank you for your high level of service.
