I came for an initial consultation with Jennifer regarding my lips and the filler that was currently in there, she went through with what i wanted ,what I expected and the steps she would do to achieve what i wanted. I have had my lips dissolved and have had my lips filled yesterday. She is so comforting and takes her time and talks you through everything that she is doing. Its such a lovely place and everyone is so welcoming and friendly:)

Only went for a consultation but the staff were so knowledgeable, really seemed to know what they were talking about and kept it realistic, no false promises. Happy to offer help and advice, answer questions and recommend solutions. Definitely make you feel at ease, answer questions and as they state they are always happy for questions throughout, you feel supported. Amazing experience.

Craig cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted; I was delighted with the finished result. The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing. Very impressed with the overall experience.

I've had my eyebrows done by Fenny for years and they've always been immaculate with an amazing service, so I've also recently completed a 3 session course of lazer hair removal on my armpits and Bikini line. I have pale skin and very dark hair and struggled with Shaving rash/obvious excessive regrowth. Lazer hair removal is a total game changer! Fenny makes you feel so comfortable I didnt bat an eyelid at such an intimate procedure. No discomfort , NO Shaving Rash, NO sore regrowth...NO regrowth AT ALL! The process of having the hair done was wonderful. Lovely staff, fab salon, however, we discussed over 2 consultations what was wanted and the cost. Paid the money, only to find it was going to cost more. I had budgeted for what I was quoted and felt embarrassed when I had to find the extra money.
