Knows hers prouducts, listens to what your wanting. there was no rushing when having a consultations, & explains diffrent ways to get where your wanting. Had dermaplaing & microneedling to day. Was so relaxing & microneedling was minimal pain. I will be a regular customer .

I’m visiting my family from overseas for the summer and desperately needed a mani pedi for a family event. I also booked lashes and dermaplaning as a little treat. It was my first time having dermaplaning and Lisa completely put me at ease; she explained at each stage of the process what she was doing and how this would benefit my skin. She also gave me instructions on aftercare to ensure I got the best from the treatment. I will often book a home salon when I am at home and my experience today literally felt like a home from home. Lisa is friendly, attentive all the services were amazing!

Fantastic!! everytime i visit the hairdressers, I feel like it is a whole expereince. everyone is so lovely, chatty and friendly. Emily takes her time to make sure she fully understands what im asking for but also help me to maintain the health of my hair. I had a bespoke facial today with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing. We did hydro and micro needling after asking my main skin concerns. She informed me of why she had chosen each stage, the benefits and explained how each step worked. She also gave some fab longer term skin care advice! I knew I was booking with her again after about 10minutes! I can see instant results so look forward to the next few weeks!

Old pmu lazer removal! Charlotte is so professional and keeps you informed throughout lazer. Charlotte first places a cooling strip over brows before starting the removal! These strips are great. Pads on eyes and safety glasses are worn. Charlotte counts down 1 2 3 as she comes into contact to the skin with the lazer. just a slight discomfort during the lazer process. Instructions on after care. Now to go through the 8 week healing process

I have wanted lip filler for years but was always too scared. After some amazing regular treatments with the other girls here , I took the plunge with Jennifer! I had my first appointment today after a well informed consultation, and all I can say is wow! It was virtually painless, just little nips here and there . I have never felt so confident after years of insecurity. The loveliest girls I have ever met at reception, numbed me up before treatment and me off with an extensive home care kits and info. These girls are fantastic. Thank you so much for making a tired mum feel beautiful again !

Jasmine was absolutely fantastic she listened to what I asked for and we had a brilliant consultation surrounding what i wanted to achieve. She managed to remove 13 years plus of black box hair dye whilst retaining my hairs condition and managed to take my hair colour to a light brown in the first sitting . Every member of staff on the premises were outgoing and friendly and worked collaborativly to ensure each client's needs were met. The service and treatments were outstanding! Highly recommend.

Leanne is lovely and always explains what she’s doing. Fab facial and I can already see an improvement on my hyperpigmentation and my skin tone.
