I can highly recommend Breathe and Breathe. I've been having reiki and acupuncture with Lindsay regularly for well over a year. I can tell if I've left it too long! Amazing as always. I had some shoulder stifness and Lindsay did Reiki and Acupuncture. I felt so relaxed and had immediate relief from the stiffness. Will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend.

This is my 3rd visit now, and it’s become part of my health and wellbeing for lymphatic drainage massage. I’ve found it really helps manage my endometriosis and inflammation. Agata is lovely and welcoming, always provides a friendly smile and a wonderful professional service. The massage room is beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend visiting.

I can’t believe how much the Acupuncture has helped my shoulder. I had been struggling for months. Looking forward to seeing Lindsay again.
