If you’re staying in the north of Singapore, This is the place to visit to pamper your skin! You would be greeted to a clean place that was welcoming, and had a charming and relaxing ambience. I like that the place had up to date equipment and organised with quality products. Nanee came across a very experienced facialist, who offered advise upon requests, and cared to share tips and information without being overwhelming. She was gentle during the whole process of the facial and explained the different processes that was about to take place so that was really assuring for a first timer.

the staff are very friendly and approachable. throughout the treatment, they ensure my comfort by checking in regularly.

It was my first facial here, and I was so impressed! The space is very cozy and smells wonderful. My esthetician was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She carefully explained my skin issues and gave me helpful advice on what to use and avoid. The extractions were great and completely painless. I was especially grateful that she tailored the treatment to my specific skin concerns, it really showed me that this business cares about helping its clients, not just making money. I hadn’t had a facial treatment in quite some time, even though I’ve been following Lush Factor on Instagram for a while. I just never managed to find the time to book an appointment. Today, I finally went for a deep pore cleansing facial, and the experience was amazing. Nanee, the therapist, was gentle and friendly. She took the time to explain the skin concerns I was experiencing and suggested simple at-home skincare steps to help maintain my results.

The people there are awesome! Highly recommend this place

Malini was very precise and thorough when she did my brows. She didn’t rush. Kept checking on me as well. The staffs here will advise against certain procedures if it’s not suitable for you. I like that about them.

Had dermaplaning, cryo, and milia removal today. Verra is very professional, she only recommends treatments that your skin truly needs. No hard selling at all, and she constantly checks your comfort throughout the session. Totally worth the money. And oh, the tea after the service was so refreshing! I’ll definitely be back.
