She is very professional, she really cares about you and she takes the time to do the best work and something that suits you. She is an expert in what she does. She loves her work and you can see it. Really lovely first impression of both Crown Thairapy and Sarah Leigh! The salon is cosy, welcoming and calm. Sarah was very friendly and an excellent hairdresser. This was my first time back in a salon for a colour treatment in years and there was no shame or judgement over the fact that I had box dyed my hair for a while, which I appreciated so much. I had a full head of foils, toner, cut, blow dry with waves at an excellent price, and felt very comfortable the entire time! My hair looks incredible. Extra points for the music playlist, great vibes!

Brilliant experience with Nat, she listened to my ideas and interpreted them perfectly. Have received so many compliments! Was even asked if my hair colour was natural, such a confidence booster for a 50 year old woman with loads of grey highlights. Highly recommend Crown Thairapy.

Andrea was lovely to deal with. Listened to what I needed and was also very observant with regard to how I was wearing my hair. She got the colour of my foils spot on with my expectations and the style cut was perfect. Everyone has commented on how stunning the total look is. Couldn't be happier!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a Japanese head spa with Claire, and it was such a relaxing and restorative experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. Claire was kind, genuine and attentive, taking the time to listen, explain each step of the treatment, and ensure I was comfortable throughout. Very good experience with Andrea. I had half head of foils, trim, condition and blow dry plus toning. I have already re-booked. I had a groupon voucher so that made it more affordable, as it is quite expensive. I do find the booking system a bit confusing as not sure what I'll need next time exactly! I did have to wait for service upon arriving, but it was worth it. My hair looks great.
