I have enyoyed my counselling session today. Felt that i somehow opened a box which i have been struggling with for years, funny how it came nto my mind when my counsellor was reflecting back to me, and has now opened up a way to deal with my issue, knowing o can talk confidentially.

Excellent session with a counsellor who had all the qualities required. Only downside was having to wait an extra two weeks after having the initial appointment cancelled on the day previously.

I am so pleased that I got to talk with my counsellor Katie over the last couple of months. I am very thankful that I got to see her smiling familiar face on my phone screen every week, this in itself was a comfort to me. I am grateful for how she listened to so much I had to say, including all the stories I told. I am grateful for the kindness and compassion that I felt from her during each session. It was also very helpful for me to listen to Katie’s thoughts, and her gentle advice around the difficulties I am facing in my life. I feel a little better & stronger to face what life brings.

It has been a great help to me to have someone to listen, try to understand, sympathise, rationalise and offer guidance support and encouragement for the way ahead of me in life. My Counsellor has been a kind and friendly face each week, someone who is there to offer support just for me, I don’t have that with anybody else. I definitely feel a bit easier after talking things over, and stronger about my situation and the worries in my life. I am very grateful for the time I have had with my Counsellor so far. Thank you.

I have completed my counselling sessions with WIRED. Has been an efficient service from WIRED perspective. I would like to thank Ben & the support that he has given me. He is a very professional person but also personable too. He definitely helped me 'declutter' my head & work through my issues. He gave excellent coping strategies & tools, .there was one - triangle of compromise which had a real impact on managing relationships. I feel back in control of my life & more able to manage the complex relationship I have. I cannot recommend him highly enough!! Please pass this feedback to him.

I booked a course of 5 hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions for post-op recovery. The clinic is spotless with beautiful decor; the staff are all helpful, courteous and kind. I had some openings on my incisions which I thought the chamber would help to heal. Much to my disappointment, my wounds have increased in size therefore, I am unsure how beneficial this has been in my healing journey, therefore, I won't book another course at present. It's great to have a clinic like this locally and I would use the clinic again if I thought that any of the treatments would benefit me in the future.

Counselling with Sheeraz has helped me a lot. Her voice is very soothing which made me comfortable to talk about my main points that were affecting me. I've just got back from the Detox Clinic, Alison was fantastic so knowledgeable, I had a colonic and Alison recommended I do a parasite cleanse and have another 2 colonics, I must admit I've been feeling so down, sluggish, no motivation, suffering with abscess in my mouth for 7 weeks, so I thought I would book myself in and start detoxing, just on the first session I already feel lighter and happier

Honestly the oxygen therapy is awesome. I have been using this for over 12 months, but the most improvement is after surgery or during healing of any injury. This pure oxygen has enabled me to heal after total hip replacement and my scar is minimal. The hospital have been so impressed with my recovery. I know my healing journey has been made more manageable due to this treatment. It’s excellent and I highly recommend.

I am more than satisfied with my counsellor and her service. I feel that ifrom my prsenying problems at the beginning of our sessions, i have finally come to understsnd them to the exrent that i am now gained an awareness of why, i have found myself with my issues, and more importantly, how to manage them.
