This was my first appointment with Nita as she was recommended by my other hairstylist Shida. Nita made me feel welcome and put me at ease. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and explained the process she was going to take. I am very happy with the result and my hair feels refreshed. Really happy with my full head foils and colour, Leanne did a full consultation before colouring my hair and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered the results. It was amazing to be back! The Covid safety precautions in the salon are outstanding and it’s clear that Carmen has covered all bases to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in the current climate. Carmen, as always, did a very thorough consultation before we agreed on the style I wanted and, as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so happy with my hair but I always am when I leave the salon. I’d been a regular at Nicky Clarke’s before I found Kai Kos and have never gone back. Kai Kos (especially Carmen and Ross) are the best stylists/ colourists I’ve ever had.

Helen is amazing hairdresser! She listened to my needs, and made my dream comes true, to have the desired hair colour that suits my skin tone took a long journey, but it is very rewarding. The experience of having a hair cut and hair done is always magical and similar to going to disneyland. There is always to be expected and I always come home as a happy person.

Edwina was brilliant. She was kind and professional, and did a fantastic job on my hair. She really listened to me during the consultation and gave me exactly what I wanted. I had a really lovely experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Each time the colour gets better and better- no mean feat as my natural hair gets whiter and whiter!! Genius! And the cut is great too!!

The best place to get the look you want. Known Gabi for years and she’s done wonders to my hair, colour, cut, blow dry, you name it- she’s the best! 🥰 Everyone in the salon is lovely and makes you feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend the place!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Jahnay was very professional and very friendly. It was my first time having braids in a salon and Jahnay explained what to expect, we discussed what hairstyle I would like to my preference and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the period that she braided my hair. I love my hairstyle, lovely relaxed salon, friendly environment and reasonably priced. I would recommend!
