Leanne has such a wonderful aura and was fantastic with the consultation for PDO threads. She catered and tailored to my face and eyes and I am beyond impressed with her intricate work. It was painless and gentle. She took care with ensuring I had all the info aswell as answering my questions. She’s the lady for aesthetics and treatments going forward- what a magical find. Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

I had my first consultation yesterday and was really impressed. Both stylist were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and gave me honest experts advice about my hair goals; the process was clearly explained. I am looking for to returning for my actual appointment.

Very experienced and knowledgeable lady who answered all of my questions and concerns during an in depth consultation, no pressure to say yes to the treatment I was enquiring about. I was informed of the benefits of various options and decided which was the best option and desired outcome for my expectations. Lovely lady will be returning!
