She also answered any questions I had about my hair. Her approach was incredibly professional and thoughtful, and she was so gentle with my hair throughout the entire process. She goes above and beyond and looks into depth about it all to give me great results. She’s got a lovely nature and is extremely welcoming, I love that she knows when I want to chat or when I need that little time to be quiet and enjoy the treatment in silence. 100% recommended and once Natalia is qualified I will most definitely be a regular Thank you xx
