Before the appointment, I felt puffy around my stomach, after the appointment I instantly felt better, my stomach isn’t puffy anymore and I feel so much more energised and better. I will definitely be cooking in again with Amy !!

After several weeks of pain and no improvement following an NHS physio appointment, I booked with Alikia. She was welcoming, took the time to understand my symptoms, carried out a thorough assessment, and quickly identified the issue. She explained everything clearly while treating me. It took a few days to feel the benefit due to the deep work she carried out, but I noticed a real improvement. I've now had my second appointment, left with helpful advice, and have already booked my next visit. Highly recommended.
