Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. Was classy and tropical!! Definitely worth every penny and I'll be raving to all my friends and family. Thank you for your service!!!

If you are looking for a spa whether it be nails or hair removal, this is the place to book. Customer service top tier and all the staff are genuinely pleasant and don't bring their personal day even if bad to work, not that I've seen or ever experience. I loved every visit and I will be back again.

I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we both left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our locs have never looked better—defined, healthy, and full of life! We can’t wait to come back. The reception was warmth and inviting with the ambiance providing a calm and relaxing feeling for both of us. The massage was fantastic and the masseuse created the perfect atmosphere which cause us to drifts off into a mental bliss. We will certainly return M P Spa.

Fantastic from the moment I entered the spa too leaving! The friendly welcome everything was explained to me very well so I knew what was going to happen! The atmosphere was very relaxing the treatment of hot stone massage was amazing the best I’ve had! Nakisha was lovely and very professional she catered to my needs! The only down side was when it ended I was not rushed could take my time after the treatment! Definitely would recommend Karma spa and Nakisha who made the experience so lovely!
