Karma Spa was beyond relaxing. I booked a couples service with my wife and we both raved about how we felt afterwards. I practically felt drunk afterwards, it was that relaxing. This was all before I started sipping my rum punches by the way. Would absolutely recommend!!!

My experience was relaxing. I began to feel the blood flow activated while the face mask was on. I could see a slight difference in my skin dullness. But with more treatments I hope it will get better.

Excellent service. Spa was closed on this day, but Roxann scheduled me and opened just for me as I am heading back out to the states . That’s what you call service. Very professional and she explained the procedure to me. Made sure I was comfortable during and also educated me on the after care. Loves it! I am def returning to Barbados for my follow up.
