Absolutely amazing experience! The service room was unique, cute, and cozy. Marisa was so kind and knowledgeable. She provided me with a phenomenal mani/pedi and massage. She’s extremely skilled and personable. I would 100% recommend spa services with her. Services were also reasonably priced and well worth it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my services. The atmosphere and ambience were appropriate and very relaxing. Akelia was very professional, patient and efficient. 10/10. I almost want to gatekeeper this place. That’s how satisfied I felt. I truly was not expecting how welcoming, warm, accommodating and skilled both Marissa and the rest of the staff were. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality. If you book at this spa be sure to request Marissa, she is absolutely lovely and extremely attentive to your needs. Will be returning and recommending to my family and friends.

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. My first time having Zoe wax my eyebrows and I must say I was impressed. She was mannerly, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the process. You are doing well, keep up the good work and Thank you. I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we both left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our locs have never looked better—defined, healthy, and full of life! We can’t wait to come back. The experience was extraordinary. Shelly is professional, clean, knowledgeable and welcoming. She definitely went and extra mile in making sure I found the location safely and efficiently given that am not a local this I gladly appreciated. Her persona made me feel relaxed and she was very careful with every step ensuring that I was okay with every step.
