I thoroughly enjoyed my services. The atmosphere and ambience were appropriate and very relaxing. Akelia was very professional, patient and efficient. I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. She was attentive, gentle, and took her time to ensure everything was done perfectly. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and my feet have never felt or looked better.
