Awesome, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole treatment. Got my lashes, nail polish both manicure and pedicure done plus I got to sit in the massage chair and have a massage while waiting and that was a bonus. Thank you ladies have a very merry Christmas, she you all in the new year

Lala is the best beauty salon in Lower Hutt. I come here for all my beauty needs and have never been left disappointed. They are all highly skilled and are such lovely beauticians. You have to try the head spa such an amazing relaxing experience!! Thank you Lala you are the best!!

I was contacted when there was traffic issues so was running late. Also my nails were a bit harder to remove but I was given the extra time and not charged more. Only down fall was she had to opitunity to upsell by offering to shorten and tidy my natural nail closer to the ones I'd removed myself. But care was taken to protect my nails even leaven a bit of base on still to strengthen my nail tips. Offered a Clear coat on after which I declined.

Booked a last minute pedicure this afternoon, following my manicure this morning. Great service, beautiful job done on my nails, beautiful salon with good hygiene practices.

The two ladies who did my Spa Pedicure & Manicure were both fantastic made a great job thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Also ensure nail polish was totally dry before i could leave. thanks.

Good to support a small local business. I was listened to and my nails are great. I did not observe the technician remove tools from a sterile package for use in my manicure.

Ashley is a phenomenal technician. I have been having my nails done for many years and I feel Ashley is probably the most talented nail technician I have ever been to. She is meticulous about perfection and manages to replicate some very challenging nails. I often bring along images of very detailed nail art... Ashley is amazing in her ability to produce a perfect replication of these examples. I will always give Ashley the highest possible recommendation. She does phenomenal work and is always so lovely to chat to as well! 5 Stars without any hesitation! :-)
