Managed to squeeze me for a nail appointment with only a few days notice, due a cancelled appointment elsewhere. So happy with my nails. They are stunning!! Felt really comfortable and relaxed .so talented at nail art too! 100% would recommend

What an amazing experience ! Lisa and the staff made my mum feel so special from the minute she arrived in the spa ! We had a stunning light lunch which was so tasty. My mum said Lisa was so lovely and professional throughout . Mum absolutely loves her nails ! They are gorgeous. We can’t wait until our next spa day with you all . 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

I enjoyed a spa day here and couldn't recommend it more highly. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience — relaxing, welcoming, and beautifully run. The real highlight was Lisa Drew, who looked after me for both my body massage and manicure. The massage was simply outstanding — genuinely up there with the best I've ever had. Lisa has a real gift; she read exactly what my body needed, the pressure was perfect throughout, and I left feeling completely restored. The manicure was just as lovely, carried out with the same care and attention to detail.

Having my nails done by Adrienne is a real treat. I asked her to pick a design for me this time, as the choices are vast! I am not disappointed. We went for a bolder colour I wouldn't usually choose and it looks amazing. I had so many compliments in just a few hours. Adrienne's little caravan really is a haven for relaxation and pampering. I feel so much more comfortable there than I do in a salon. Thank you, Adrienne for always being so lovely. Xx
