Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

The spa itself was lovely, you could really unwind and the facilities were kept at a warm temperature. The full body massage with Karen was phenomenal, really helped to relieve tension in my shoulders and delivered with the utmost care and respect. Thank you!

Excellent,; calming atmosphere the full body massage was given with just the depth of pressure that suited my particular body areas. Everyone was very welcoming . We booked again for another session and hope to make it a regular occuence.

A very relaxing morning and afternoon spent at the spa, just swimming, the hot tub and lounging on the lounger. The full body massage by Karen was fantastic. Hope to visit again soon.

Its a lovely relaxed spa, not too fancy. I had a full body massage with Roisin who was very good; I prefer a firm massage and she delivered!

Staff are amazing - friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I experienced an all over body massage which was fabulous - the whole experience has left me relaxed and a lot more nimble. I would highly recommend.

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Very welcoming, efficient lady looked after us during a light lunch . And Megan did an excellent full body massage. I did feel that there wasn’t sufficient loungers in the pool area, and any that were vacant were very wet , and not refreshed once used, therefore we were put off using them. And the relaxation room could do with updating. But over all we enjoyed our visit, and were impressed with standard of therapists, and reception lady .

I enjoyed a spa day here and couldn't recommend it more highly. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience — relaxing, welcoming, and beautifully run. The real highlight was Lisa Drew, who looked after me for both my body massage and manicure. The massage was simply outstanding — genuinely up there with the best I've ever had. Lisa has a real gift; she read exactly what my body needed, the pressure was perfect throughout, and I left feeling completely restored. The manicure was just as lovely, carried out with the same care and attention to detail.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the Spa today...beautiful swim in the lovely surroundings of the Spa, delicious lunch of freshly made prawn salad, followed by an indulgent back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage. Megan is a marvelous therapist...attentive and caring throughout. Thank you to the whole team.
