I absolutely loved the haircut and blow dry from KAPIL! He’s a gem and an artist! The cut he gave me was just what I wanted and could not have asked for a better look. Also little things like not selling any other service and genuine interest in what I explained about my hair was really impressive! I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Nisa today! The consultation was great — she really listened to everything I wanted and understood exactly what I was looking for. She was so professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable. Nisa did such an amazing job and the final result was honestly 10/10. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy throughout. I’m so happy I could cry! My hairdresser of 15 years is retiring. So I have tried so many places and none of them even compared until today. I actually found somewhere better at ‘Oh, so straight’. The staff are so friendly and so gentle. My hair looks and feels amazing. I have very difficult hair (I am mixed race with frizzy, curly but very fine hair) and it didn’t faze them at all. My baby hairs are impossible, so hard to straighten but they did it with ease. They are straightening professionals! Without a doubt the best straightening service in London and the South East.

Im a very nervous customer having a haircut, I really have had so many bad experiences. Shada listened to me properly for exactly what I wanted, I'm genuinely so happy with my result and ill be going back in a couple of weeks for a bit of new colour. I would definitely recommend Shada.

Victoria did my hair beautifully as always, and I'm very happy with the result. I just wanted to share some feedback about the atmosphere in the salon. Today I felt a little uncomfortable because another stylist in the speaking in another language for much of the appointment. As a Black woman, having my hair done can leave me feeling quite self-conscious, so I really value an environment where I feel relaxed and included. When conversations are taking place around me in a language I don't understand, especially while people are looking in my direction, it can leave me feeling like an outsider

Really great experience, seen quickly as soon as I came in and very friendly and talented hairdresser :) I was offered a drink, encouraged to ask questions and was made to feel very comfortable, will definitely be returning for another service!

This was my first time for a haircut with Pari. I have to say it is very rare to find a professional hair stylist nowadays who knows exactly what I need and have suggestions to my hairtype. Very pleased with result. Out of 4 salons she was the only one who cut my hair as we agreed on. So thanks again and definetely see you next time. 😁

It's great to find a hair stylist you can trust. I've been getting my hair done by Kapil for nearly five years and know I can rely on him to understand what I want and do a great job time after time. What's more, he is that rarest of finds - a fantastic hair stylist in London who doesn't charge the earth. I almost don't want to leave this 5 star review in case it makes it harder to get an appointment! But he definitely deserves it.

I honestly can’t recommend Zaira Rose Hair Salon enough. From the second I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a calm, friendly atmosphere. What impressed me most was how much care and attention the stylist put into understanding exactly what I wanted.
