I had an appointment with Kay , and she was absolutely lovely and professional. I explained the layered haircut I wanted, and she did it exactly as I imagined. I’m so happy with the result! This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Nisa today! The consultation was great — she really listened to everything I wanted and understood exactly what I was looking for. She was so professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable. Nisa did such an amazing job and the final result was honestly 10/10. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy throughout. I would definitely recommend Nisa to anyone looking for a talented stylist, and I’ll definitely be coming back!!

This is the best hair / beauty salon in west London. I see Magda & occasionally Anna they are amazing. Anna & Mario the owners are professional friendly people who always remember me and make me feel at home. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

William is very skilled in his craft and who understands the value of good customer service. Not many barbers in London know how to deal with Oriental hair, but he is exceptional. I'm sure he is not limited to it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

Victoria did my hair beautifully as always, and I'm very happy with the result. I just wanted to share some feedback about the atmosphere in the salon. Today I felt a little uncomfortable because another stylist in the speaking in another language for much of the appointment. As a Black woman, having my hair done can leave me feeling quite self-conscious, so I really value an environment where I feel relaxed and included. When conversations are taking place around me in a language I don't understand, especially while people are looking in my direction, it can leave me feeling like an outsider

Really great experience, seen quickly as soon as I came in and very friendly and talented hairdresser :) I was offered a drink, encouraged to ask questions and was made to feel very comfortable, will definitely be returning for another service!

I booked an appointment for a haircut. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, and the salon had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. My cut have been done by Marina,absolutaly amazing and experienced stylist. I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident, and I’ll definitely return for my next appointment. I had a wonderful experience getting my hair colored (highlights, etc.) and a haircut here. The service was extremely professional, and the staff were warm and welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back!

I was a bit nervous as I am just back to London and have had the same hairdresser for over 7 years. Tariq did a fantastic job of replicating my clipper cut from pictures, and his attention to detail was fabulous. I highly recommend him.

I always get my haircut from Anna, she is an asset to Mirror Mirror and cuts hair exceptionally amazingly and she adapts to her customers very well. This was my first time visiting the salon for an ombre, couldn’t be happier with the experience. Soli is incredibly talented, professional, and truly lovely. Not only is she highly skilled, but she is also one of the kindest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. My hair was quite damaged, yet she created a beautiful ombré without causing any further damage. The colour turned out amazing, and the treatment left my hair feeling so much healthier. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness you receive here is something you rarely find anywhere else in London.Highly recommended

Fantastic service, gave my 10 year old a really lovely experience of their first proper wash, cut and blow dry. Lovely team and really nice salon space. Great to have something so nice in Perivale for a change.
