I had an appointment with Kay , and she was absolutely lovely and professional. I explained the layered haircut I wanted, and she did it exactly as I imagined. I’m so happy with the result! This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Nisa today! The consultation was great — she really listened to everything I wanted and understood exactly what I was looking for. She was so professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable. Nisa did such an amazing job and the final result was honestly 10/10. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy throughout. I’m so happy I could cry! My hairdresser of 15 years is retiring. So I have tried so many places and none of them even compared until today. I actually found somewhere better at ‘Oh, so straight’. The staff are so friendly and so gentle. My hair looks and feels amazing. I have very difficult hair (I am mixed race with frizzy, curly but very fine hair) and it didn’t faze them at all. My baby hairs are impossible, so hard to straighten but they did it with ease. They are straightening professionals! Without a doubt the best straightening service in London and the South East.

William is very skilled in his craft and who understands the value of good customer service. Not many barbers in London know how to deal with Oriental hair, but he is exceptional. I'm sure he is not limited to it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

Victoria did my hair beautifully as always, and I'm very happy with the result. I just wanted to share some feedback about the atmosphere in the salon. Today I felt a little uncomfortable because another stylist in the speaking in another language for much of the appointment. As a Black woman, having my hair done can leave me feeling quite self-conscious, so I really value an environment where I feel relaxed and included. When conversations are taking place around me in a language I don't understand, especially while people are looking in my direction, it can leave me feeling like an outsider

I booked an appointment for a haircut. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, and the salon had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and am so happy with my haircut! My hairdresser listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a cut that suits me perfectly. The blow dry was absolutely amazing—it lasted much longer than any blow dry I’ve had before, which is especially impressive because my hair usually doesn’t hold its style for very long. My hair looked smooth, full of volume, and stayed looking great for days. Thank you for your skill, attention to detail, and excellent service. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair colored (highlights, etc.) and a haircut here. The service was extremely professional, and the staff were warm and welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back!

I honestly can’t recommend Zaira Rose Hair Salon enough. From the second I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a calm, friendly atmosphere. What impressed me most was how much care and attention the stylist put into understanding exactly what I wanted.
