Pernilla is just the best! I've been going to Pernilla for months now, and I always leave feeling like a brand new person. She is so welcoming and relaxing, and such a lovely and genuine person. I recently had a 60 minute massage that was fantastic, and at such an incredible price. She always checks in at the beginning to ask what areas you want her to focus on, or avoid. I always feel as though I have her undivided attention, and it's clear how important it is that you have a great experience. I recommend her to everyone!

Wonderful experience having my first Ayurvedic massage with Irina. She very calmly and patiently explained the process and the philosophy of Ayurveda, and helped find the appropriate oil for my body. I will definitely be back and be recommending Irina to my friends in York and visitors.

A very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Neola made me feel comfortable as soon as we met. I had an Indian head massage including neck and shoulder massage. It was a very soothing treatment. The treatment room was relaxing and I began to feel calm as soon as I entered.

I had a wonderful 30-minute massage session with Tanya. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, kind, and friendly. She took the time to ask what I needed and tailored the treatment to focus on those areas, which made the experience feel very personal. Tanya was professional throughout the session, and I felt relaxed and well looked after. The treatment room was cosy, warm, and had a lovely calming scent, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing massage. I'll definitely be booking again!

I had a 60 minute Swedish massage from Dean which was excellent. He was friendly and professional, checking in to see how the pressure was. He has quite the collection of essential oils to choose from depending on whether you want to be relaxed or energised. I came away fully relaxed . Great value for money!

I've just returned home, all blissed out, after having a wonderful VIP Ritual with Elise. I've had a lot of massages in my time, but today's treat was probably the nicest massage I've ever had. My body and mind feel totally relaxed and refreshed. This was my first visit to Elise, but it won't be my last, I shall definitely be returning. Thank you very much Elise.

I had the most amazing Reiki massage and left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rebalanced. From the moment I arrived, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The treatment was incredibly calming, and I could genuinely feel the stress and tension melting away. Tanya is just amazing, caring, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease throughout. I left feeling lighter, with a real sense of peace and well-being that stayed with me long after the appointment. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to relax, recharge, or simply take some time for themselves.

Elise made me feel comfortable from the start. I chose the VIP ritual spa package and found the back and leg massage extremely relaxing and it really helped to release stress tension in my shoulders and neck. It was my first facial and I would like to return soon for another.
