Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina is so knowledgeable about the styles she uses and I felt safe, nourished and entirely at ease. A relaxing "desk-worker's delight", where I lost all track of time and switched off for an hour or so. Sarah made me feel very much at ease and concentrated on the parts of my shoulders, neck and back that needed it most.

I had a 60 minute Swedish massage from Dean which was excellent. He was friendly and professional, checking in to see how the pressure was. He has quite the collection of essential oils to choose from depending on whether you want to be relaxed or energised. I came away fully relaxed . Great value for money!

Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

Very welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. Checks in with you regarding pressure etc … overall a very relaxing and calming environment with added aromatherapy oils …
