Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

Absolutely loved my facial today, so relaxing and the glow is amazing! Karen is so lovely and professional and really creates that spa retreat experience. She noticed I held tension in my neck and spent time focusing on that and I can feel the benefit already. I had the full body lymphatic massage previously and that was brilliant too.
