Visited as a new client, Alison made me feel welcomed and relaxed 🥰🥰. She has highlighted areas to work on going forward, and explained what each area is responsible for. (I wasn't shocked to find the areas linked to perimenopause 😒) next appointment booked and looking forward to hopefully begin feeling like myself again 🤞🏻

I’ve just had my second acupuncture appointment with Lindsay at Breathe and Bloom Holistics, and I’m finding the experience incredibly insightful as an alternative therapy for managing my migraines. Each session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed—I barely feel the needles at all. Lindsay has such a calming presence; I feel completely at ease in her care. Lyndsay is a lovely, warm person who makes you feel safe in her presence. I’ve had two sessions now, and each one has been very relaxing and I’ve felt very calm, and replenished throughout and afterwards.
