I had an amazing experience during my recent sports massage with Chris. From the moment I walked in the environment was welcoming and I instantly felt at ease. It’s clear that Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about sports massage techniques, and he really took the time to address my specific problem areas. I asked him to focus on my legs and lower back, which always seem to stiffen up from my regular workouts. His skilled application of technique and the right amount of pressure completely relieved the tension and removed and niggles I had. I can't recommend Chris enough

I had an excellent experience with Chris, I came both during and after training for a marathon and it really helped freshen up my legs, iron out any slight niggles and tension I was feeling and improve my recovery. Chris was very thorough and professional taking more time and care over specific areas I was feeling more tightness and I definitely felt the benefits after each session. I would highly recommend a massage with Chris!

Really needed some attention on my back after suffering for years, I can honestly say the sports massage I received really worked. I left feeling refreshed and alot less tense after having some knots worked out too. Will certainly be back when needed. Thanks Rob

I booked a sports massage due to ongoing issues with my lower back and upper shoulders from my heavy lifting job. After just one session, I've already noticed a significant improvement in both areas. Chris was very knowledgeable, quickly identified the areas that needed attention, and knew exactly what treatment I needed. The massage was professional, effective, and tailored to the problems I was experiencing. I would highly recommend proactive sports massage to anyone dealing with muscle tension or aches. I'll definitely be returning for more sessions.

Been to see Chris a few times now for issues I've had with my shoulder/back and he's able to pin point the issue, remedy it and offer advice afterwards. I've also been to him for maintenance massages and a pre marathon leg massage, all of which have helped me to keep training snag free. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Karen was lovely. Very approachable and clearly qualified and experienced. I felt I was in safe hands throughout. She is very keen to understand what outcome is expected before undertaking treatment to ensure it fully aligns to the client vision. I respect this approach and felt like she would readily advise against procedure or suggest a different approach. Would definitely recommend and return.

Another great experience with Karen at Jessica Jane’s. I always get anxious before a treatment but once I’m in her care she makes me feel so relaxed. Her caring and compassionate nature just puts me at ease and the fact that she takes such pride in her work is one of the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This combined with her experience and knowledge clearly makes her one of the very best in the aesthetics business. I highly recommend Karen every time, she’s very approachable and knows her stuff.
