This was my first experience at Ouseburn Massage Therapy, it definitely won’t be the last. I was given a warm welcome by Ellie, we discussed my troublesome areas, after which Ellie worked her ‘massage magic’. Sadly the hour of massage flew by but I can definitely feel a difference. This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. I would highly recommend her. Looking forward to my next session!

Absolutely the best massage ever. Perfect in everyway. An Attentive practitioner with a wealth of therapeutic skills who has created a space totally fit for purpose. Came away relaxed with a deep warmth and good feelings. I have a lot of chronic health issues and MSK pain and Elinoah has melted some of it. Within 10 mins I knew I'd found my go to person for when I feel achey or in need of holistic body and mind pamper. I've booked back in and my minds made up and body says I will return again and again.
