Andrew is a great hairdresser. I have been coming to the Newcastle Hair Company for years and i wouldn't go anywhere else. The atmosphere is always welcoming and it is a safe space for clients to come and have their hair done. All of the staff within the salon are lovely and always speak to everyone and any client. Andrew is an exceptional hairdresser and an all round amazing person and has really helped bring my hair back to life after lots of neglect.

Ive been bringing my son to Donna for his haircuts for the past 6 years, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Donna has always been friendly, patient, and consistently delivering a great haircut every time. We also have appointments with other members of the team, and the standard of service is always excellent. Everyone in the salon is welcoming, professional, and great with children, making every visit a pleasant experience. It's clear that customer care is a priority, and the whole team does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!!

Amazing experience! I went feeling apprehensive after losing some of my hair due to medical reasons. Jack was incredibly supportive and listened to what I wanted but also offered advice. I left feeling confident and like me again. I am so incredibly grateful for this. Thanks Jack for my fab new haircut. I would recommend you to everyone I know but I don't want you to get too busy and not be able to fit me in for my next appointment!

Went and used their “little tinkers” service for my boy with need and wow. Jodie was absolutely amazing with my boy, making him comfy and trying to distract him so he could have his hair cut. Putting me at ease as it’s not easy getting a haircut with a toddler who finds it difficult. I’ve never felt more welcome and reassured. I will be going there for the foreseeable.

I’ve been getting my haircut at The Hoi Polloi for a few years now, mainly by Jack P, who I have followed to the Ouseburn shop (what a cool spot). I can honestly say you’re in the best possible hands with this lad - he is extremely attentive, funny and a brilliant barber. He will look after you and make you feel welcome, I get a 5 star experience every time Jack cuts my hair & always leave with a smile on my face. Keep it up 👍💯
